The budget address has seen some good news for public sector workers, as we’ve heard those earning under £50,000 will see a salary increase of £1,200. £900 for those under £75k, and £600 for those earning up to £100k.
However, many feel this simply isn’t enough given how long it’s been since they last had a raise.
Workers will also have the increases to rates and taxes to contend with, Iain Triay-Clarence spoke to GGCA president, Darren Cerisola.
