The GGCA and Unite the union say they have presented a united front with the police federation and the teachers union at an initial public sector pay claim meeting with the Chief Minister.
Sat around the table with Fabian Picardo this morning were a number of new union representatives, who say they’ll work together to get the best result possible for all public sector workers.
They expect they’ll need a series of meetings to resolve the claim, with the next one planned for just before Easter.
